2. Information Collected on the Website
When you subscribe to our weekly newsletter, we collect your email address solely to deliver editorial film analysis. We do not sell or monetize this list. We use Resend as our secure email infrastructure.
When posting a comment, we store your chosen screen name and comment text.
We use browser local storage strictly for functional preferences (language, saved film library, voting state).
📱 3. TikTok API Integration & Data Processing
Claqueta Ácida integrates with TikTok Developer APIs (TikTok Login Kit and TikTok Content Posting API v2) to allow authorized users to publish and schedule vertical video reviews (9:16 reels) directly to their TikTok accounts.
A. Data Accessed via TikTok APIs
When you authorize Claqueta Ácida using the official TikTok OAuth 2.0 flow, our app only accesses data for which you have granted explicit consent:
user.info.basic: Anonymized user identifier (OpenID / UnionID), public username, and public avatar image.video.upload/video.publish: Permission to upload and publish video content directly to your TikTok account upon your request.
B. Purpose of TikTok Data Processing
This information and OAuth credentials are used exclusively to execute video publication and management requested by the user. Claqueta Ácida never sells, rents, shares, or transfers TikTok user data or credentials to third parties for advertising, marketing, or commercial tracking purposes.
C. Security & Token Storage
TikTok OAuth tokens (access_token and refresh_token) are transmitted over TLS/HTTPS encryption and stored encrypted in secure servers adhering to least-privilege principles. We never store TikTok account passwords.
🗑️ 4. User Data Deletion Instructions
In accordance with TikTok Developer Platform guidelines and the GDPR, every user has the right to revoke app access and request the complete, permanent deletion of all associated data.
You have two easy methods to delete your data:
1. Open the TikTok mobile application.
2. Tap on Profile > Settings and Privacy.
3. Tap on Security & Permissions > App Permissions.
4. Select Claqueta Ácida and tap Remove Access.
This immediately invalidates all active access tokens.

We will permanently delete any stored tokens, account IDs, or logs within 24 to 48 business hours.
